The difference: we are creating the new normal of "school"

Our Learning Hubs will be capped at 460 students, to ensure that each hub is a community where every student is known. Each hub will be connected to all the other hubs, so no student will miss an opportunity from any hub even if their main physical location is elsewhere. We will locate hubs where they are needed most and where the opportunities for learning are greatest.

We are partnering with a range of local and global institutions to enable our students to access learning beyond the campus. A visit to a museum becomes an immersion that is mapped to multiple curriculum areas. A leading business provides project support for students exploring that industry. A university provides expertise in the classroom itself. Our students will see learning opportunities everywhere and leverage them. Our students will be able to connect with any other hubs, so that a student in Sydney can connect with an expert in Paris or a lesson in New York.

At USchool we equip our students for leadership and growth from even before they arrive on campus. Through a thoughtful induction and support process, students are given agency to co-design their learning programs and choose pathways that challenge them. Students will gain multiple credentials, university credit and workplace learning experience as a portfolio leading to a unique graduation into the world over time.

Our academic programs are designed to challenge and engage students at all levels. From our rigorous teacher-led studios and externally provided courses to our student-led project workshops, we provide a supportive learning environment that encourages intellectual curiosity and academic achievement. Students will always be in a "stretch zone", growing and developing but never panicking or coasting.

We leverage the best technologies available to support great learning and teaching no matter where our students and staff may be. Technology is an enabler of our creativity, critical thinking, collaboration and other capabilities. Our students will be able to access learning anywhere and anytime, whatever their life schedule looks like. Our hybrid options ensure that students establish and maintain a positive and productive rhythm to each week, remaining connected to their Learning Hub whether on site or anywhere on earth.

We believe that education is a collaborative effort between students, families, and educators. At USchool, we are committed to fostering strong relationships with our students' families and the broader community. We offer a variety of ways for families and community members to get involved and support our school.
